Great experience, super nice staff
Very good store, very big and you can really find all the staff is very friendly too
This is THE ADDRESS to know about second hand. The store is superb and the items are at low prices.
A backpack for €2 and a wallet for 50 cents is absolute happiness 😍.
Tip: it’s even better if you come regularly because you’ll have even more chances of finding some gems!
Very nice resource! For €25 I left with 3 pretty cups, a sauce boat, new pumps, 2 flowerpots and 7 books in excellent condition. The welcome is warm and the Christmas decorations are superb, I will come back without hesitation!
You can always find a good deal at the collection store. Clothing, jewelry, objects, dishes, books, records... For those who like to hunt and take part in a solidarity action!
Answer :
Unfortunately, there is not much to add to your response except that it shows total bad faith and contempt equal to that which the director showed with me. The origin of the altercation had nothing to do with any negotiation of light bulbs and I did not harass anyone during my last visit. Everything is of course completely false and you know it very well. It is clear that the Director does not like me a lot, which in no way justifies her attacks towards me. You know an apology would have been more appropriate and honorable than all these lies. But as it is said in Aesop's fable, a tyrant will always find an excuse to justify his tyranny.

A month ago, I would have raved about this store. I went there several times, and bought a lot of things: chairs, tables, in short a lot of furniture, household appliances etc...I found the staff rather pleasant and professional, among others Sandrine and Nathalie to name just a few. Unfortunately, a month ago, one of the sellers whom I did not know verbally attacked me twice. The first time I let it go, the second time I got angry, because after all I don't come to this store to be attacked. I don't know this gentleman's psychological problems, but he doesn't have to take it out on customers. But unfortunately the aggressiveness of this salesman was nothing compared to that of the Director, a certain Séverine. She asked me what was going on, I explained to her. The seller then attacked me a 3rd time in front of her. In any establishment, an employee who assaulted a customer would have problems, but at the Collecterie things are completely reversed. The director didn't say anything to her employee, but she grabbed my arm very violently and dragged me to the other office. Normally, I would never have let someone grab my arm like that and drag me like that, but between the salesperson who was verbally attacking me, and her who was physically attacking me, I admit I was a little lost. I am not used to this much violence, and was not at all prepared for it. What she did there was clearly an attack on my physical and moral integrity. She had no right to lay a hand on me. Above all, she should have reframed her employees. But obviously it is so much easier to physically attack a woman than to reframe a man. All this destabilized me a lot, I even considered filing a complaint, but I told myself it was better to put all this aside. Today I came back to buy what I couldn't buy last time, because of all this violence. I asked the Director a question about the price of a product in a very polite manner, and again she attacked me verbally in an aggressive manner for no reason. Another of her employees defended the director, and told me that if I felt mistreated I should not come back. Incredible, never seen before. You're being mistreated, and not only are there no apologies, but it's up to you not to come back. I don't know if everyone knows that all of this can be qualified as physical and moral abuse, and moral harassment given the repetition of the facts. All of this is completely unacceptable. The malice that characterizes the Director and certain employees is simply disgusting. This is the first time I have encountered this. No matter the stores I was able to set foot in, from the Emmaüs boutiques to the Galeries Lafayette, people treat you with enormous kindness, respect and professionalism. But at the Collecterie you are treated with aggression and violence. No respect for human dignity. It is very unfortunate for this type of establishment, and for all the generous donors.
I've been going to this place for 4 years...for me it's an Ali Baba's cave...for a few euros I treat myself...I love buying a cup that no one has anymore , books (1.50 euros instead of 10 euros at Leclerc!)...and then the objects, the clothes have "a soul.
The best place to find second hand clothing, furniture, books, appliances etc...
